‘Brilliant podcast’ goes live

Capturing as many of the elements as possible in a limited time is a challenge many radio reporters have faced over the years: podcasting offers a new way of telling the kind of stories that otherwise would have been overlooked.

The Festival of Futures at Lancaster University explored how design research can respond to an array of local and global challenges. From healthy ageing and artificial intelligence to biomaterials and the climate crisis, this year's event was an inspiring insight.

Four partner universities showcased examples of their ground-breaking work and was lucky to meet some truly inspiring people.

Professor Nick Dunn, Professor of Urban Design and Executive Director of Imagination Lancaster, praised the 25min long podcast we created from the event.
’The latest episode of our 'This is Lancaster' podcast series invites you
to meet the researchers from the Festival who are using design research to
create a healthier, more sustainable world.’

“Brilliant podcast by Nigel Thompson MCIPR Chart.PR on our recent Festival of Futures.
